2010 Program is scheduled for October 9, 2010

In 2009, Kansas City-born and raised Christmas in October (CIO) celebrated its
25th anniversary of rebuilding houses, lives and neighborhoods. In spite of the recent economic depression, this organization continues to step forward to help those in need.

Mission Statement
Christmas in October’s Mission is to bring together volunteers from throughout the metropolitan area to rehabilitate the houses of low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly and disabled, so that they may continue to live in warmth safety, and dignity.
